Terms of Service

Article 1: General Provisions

  1. ApoAzure.com (hereinafter “we”, “us”) shall determine the ApoAzure.com Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms of Service”) and any other individual rules and bylaws that will apply to users (hereinafter “users”, “buyer(s)”, “customer(s)”) who purchase from our website. In the Articles below, the Terms of Service and individual agreements are collectively referred to as the Terms of Service.
  2. We reserve the right to change or specify new individual agreements at any time as we deem necessary. In cases where the Terms of Service and individual agreements contain contradictory statements, individual agreements shall be preferentially applied.
  3. The Terms of Service shall apply to all users, and all users are obligated to comply with the terms.
  4. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by violation of the Terms of Service.
  5. We reserve the right to change, amend, or modify the Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms of Service shall take effect immediately once updated on our site.
  6. ApoAzure.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed, or implied, as to the operation of this website or the information, content, materials, or products included on this website.

Article 2: Orders, Delivery and Returns

  1. Due to health and safety reasons, our products cannot be returned.
  2. If you receive an incorrect item or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide the following:
    • Proof of a damage report/claim placed to the post office or delivery company. (E.g. your reference number or a screengrab of your receipt)
    • Photos of the package exterior, interior packaging, and state of the damaged item(s) (in the case of damaged or broken items)
    • Shipment tracking number and/or order number (or simply reply from your order confirmation email)
    • Basic explanation of the damage to your item(s)
    • Users must submit the damage report to the post office or delivery company within 7 days of the package’s arrival.
  3. All refunds are through your original payment method used to pay for your order.
  4. All items are final sale.
  5. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide their correct shipping address. If for any reason your package is returned to us, you can either request us to reship (buyer will bear the reshipment costs) or refund the order. For refunds of orders that were returned to us, a restocking fee of 35% will be applied. If there is no contact from the buyer, we will inspect the returned package and contact you regarding your refund within 2 business days of receiving the returned package. A restocking fee of 35% will be applied and a refund will be issued if the returning item(s) are in original (brand new) condition. The total of the refund will be the total order amount minus the restocking fee (35% of the order amount).
  6. There is no restocking fee on refunds due to incorrect or damaged item(s).
