Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from the USA to anywhere in the USA.

Q: What is your shipping cost?
A: All order ship with free expedited shipping (1-5 business day delivery).

Q: Will I be able to track my order?
A: Yes, we provide a tracking number with each package.

Q: How quickly will my order be processed and shipped?
A: We ship out all orders within 1 business day. If it has been more than one business day and your order hasn’t been shipped, please reply to your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you may also contact us using our contact us page HERE.

Generally, you will receive a faster reply if you reply to the order confirmation email we send you as it contains all of the information about your order that we need. If you didn’t receive your order confirmation email, you can contact us using our contact us page HERE.

Our contact us page will show a confirmation message below the submit button once your message has been successfully sent. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please contact us again.

We ship orders out Monday – Saturday.

Q: Is it safe to purchase from apoAzure?
A: Yes, all payment details go through PayPal and payments are entirely processed on PayPal. We do not see, store or retain any data about your payment details.
Contact information such as addresses and names are only used to ship your order unless you provide your name to leave a review on any of our items.
Your email will only be used to contact you about updates to your order.

We know how stressful it can be to wait for an order so we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We have 10+ years of experience and 3+ years with apoAzure. We are a power seller on ebay and we have met Amazon seller standards monthly since 2009.

Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?
A: We ship all orders securely and all items are wrapped in bubble wrap. All shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery. We ship all order with USPS (United States Postal Service).

Q: I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
A: We process orders quickly so please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered the shipping process, we are happy to help you cancel your order. All cancelled orders are refunded in full immediately when processed. Your refund will be processed by Paypal.

Q: My shipping address is incorrect. What should I do?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible. We always try to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible so it is not possible to change your shipping address if your order has entered the shipping process. We are not able to change the address on a package once it’s been handed to USPS/ready for USPS as often packages are already in the hands of USPS before being scanned as ‘Accepted’.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to health and safety reasons, our products cannot be returned. If you receive an incorrect item or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
